Cooking Class - Savory Spanish Tapas to Share

Close your eyes and imagine yourself traveling through Spain while enjoying these savory tapas.

You don't have to travel to Spain for these authentic Spanish tapas. This engaging class led by Chef Chris teaches you the secret to creating those popular bites to share with family and friends.

First, prepare an authentic Catalan tomato bread followed by a classic cold gazpacho soup, topped with a hard-boiled egg and Spanish ham. Next, craft gambas al ajillo with fresh gulf shrimp flavored with crushed red pepper flakes before finishing with a light and airy Spanish almond tart for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I'm so sorry for the late response but I was determined to let it be known how much my daughter and I enjoyed the Savory Spanish Tapas! Everything was so delicious! Not only was the food good...but great tips were given as well!! Preparation was easy enough And it didn't take all day to prepare the different items. My daughter and I have made everything except the dessert which I'm going to be getting the ingredients to make it soon. I would encourage others to without a doubt sign up with CHEF CHRIS!

Chef Chris was just terrific! We had a really lovely evening. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and ate a lot - can't ask for more than that. Would highly recommend Chef Chris!
