I have worked as an R&D Chef and food scientist for more than 10 years, but I find true joy in creating fine gourmet meals. I received a certificate in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, and complemented my formal education with a culinary tour of Morocco and Europe. On top of my French training, I studied in Bologna, Italy, and incorporate my research experience with an Asian flavor company to create my own style of globally-influenced cooking.

Chef Josh really knows his stuff. He's comfortable cooking a variety of cuisines, as can be seen in this meal that includes elements from Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cooking. Small touches, like the pistachio in the tiramisu and the roasted red pepper puree complementing the croquettes, allude to Chef Josh's world travels, and he executes them perfectly.
