Dinner with Blake was so fantastic! He was timely and had great communication. He also was very personable the whole time he cooked us a fantastic meal. The food was perfect and oh so delicious. I will definitely use him again and strongly recommend him to everyone! Thank you Blake!

I’ve had the good fortune to enjoy dozens of meals prepared by Chef Blake. To say that he’s an extraordinary chef is simply insufficient to describe the magic that he conjures whether he’s working with an array of unlimited ingredients or concocting a masterpiece with the limited materials I have in my kitchen. This is to say nothing of his beautiful plating. Chef Blake brings creativity, inspiration, intuition and deep experience to everything he creates. Not to mention Blake is kind, honest, easy-going and has always been a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

Chef Blake helped me host a private dinner for 8 friends. He took our suggestions and incorporated much more exciting local and seasonal ingredients than we realized were available to us! In addition to being a great Chef, Blake's charismatic personality was a welcome addition to our party. Professional and fun, can't beat that for an at-home experience.
