Private Chef - Authentic Italian Meets Fine Dining

I’ve used Chef Blake’s services on several occasions. His food is to die for. He is reliable, responsible, and an extremely talented chef. I cannot recommend him enough! I particularly loved his Rosh Hashanah dinner including a brisket and salmon entree. For a party he made two pans of lasagna- veggie and meat, both were out of this world! His beef Wellington was the best I’d ever eaten! He’s the best!

Blake is a fantastic chef. His dishes are unique and always delicious. He is a pleasure to work with and I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Blake’s food is incredible. He’s been cooking for me for about a year now and always stocks my fridge full of mains, sides, salads, and snacks that I can serve my family all week long. His background in high end restaurant cooking is apparent in every dish he makes. I love that he can cook seasonally and sustainably, and even brought vegetables from his own garden to serve us! Plus, my kids will eat any veggie that “Chef Blake” makes. He’s also catered a private dinner party for us complete with a raw bar where he shucked oysters during cocktail hour.
