WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Indulge in the rich flavors of Spain with unique coastal dishes.
You won't need to travel to Spain for incredible Spanish cuisine. In this private chef experience, Chef Huda will create a tantalizing meal of classic Spanish flavors, beginning with a caprese salad of mozzarella and tomatoes drizzled with strawberry dressing. A rich seafood paella with shellfish, sausage and vegetables mixed in with rice will be the centerpiece of the meal followed by seared scallops with cauliflower cream. For dessert, savor a decadent salted caramel cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had the private surf and turf tasting experience with chef Huda and we highly recommend it! Chef Huda knows her way around a kitchen and got to work immediately preparing our meal. We had the beat salad, oysters, ribeye steak, and lemon tart. Everything was delicious and plated beautifully. She even served us. The seasoning on the steak was perfect. Beforehand, chef Huda provided me with wine pairing recommendations which was very helpful. I cant wait to try another of her experiences.

Booked the menu Italian Gourmet Experience with Chef Huda in Philadelphia (Mount Airy)

We booked Chef Huda for a private dinner at home. From her menu, we selected the Kale Caesar Salad, the Scallops & Risotto, and Olive Oil cake. Everything was outstanding - so delicious and flavorful. We saved a bit out of meal so we could enjoy it again the next day. Chef Huda also prepared the food very quickly, and made sure to clean the kitchen before leaving. I would highly recommend, and would book her again.

Booked the menu Surf & Turf Experience with Chef Huda in Philadelphia (West Oak Lane)

Chef Huda prepared an amazing birthday dinner for my fiancé and I! Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. She was professional, efficient, and left everything spotless after the meal. The entire experience felt special and well worth it. My only two critiques are that the crème brûlée wasn't fully set. Huda let us know when she served it, but it was a small disappointment after an otherwise flawless meal. Also, the experience lasted about 1.5 hours instead of the 2 hours that was advertised. Neither issue took away from how great the food was, but I think it's helpful for future clients to know. Overall, I would definitely recommend Huda for anyone looking for a talented private chef!
