You won't need to travel to Spain for incredible Spanish cuisine. In this private chef experience, Chef Huda will create a tantalizing meal of classic Spanish flavors, beginning with a caprese salad of mozzarella and tomatoes drizzled with strawberry dressing. A rich seafood paella with shellfish, sausage and vegetables mixed in with rice will be the centerpiece of the meal followed by seared scallops with cauliflower cream. For dessert, savor a decadent salted caramel cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Huda, a private chef who runs her own catering business, is passionate about providing a personable and fun experience for every guest, whether it's a cooking class or private dining event. With a bachelor's degree in culinary management from the Art Institute of Philadelphia, she has nearly 20 years of culinary experience under her belt and has earned multiple awards in renowned cooking competitions. She can't wait to share her knowledge of dynamic cuisine!
