The traditional dishes of Moroccan cuisine take center stage in this private chef experience where Chef Huda will handcraft a three-course meal filled with aromatic and rich flavors, starting with a creamy carrot and ginger soup. Next, enjoy savory braised lamb topped with a pomegranate and rosemary red wine reduction and with tri-colored carrots in an aromatic saffron risotto on the side. For dessert, indulge with a fig and goat cheese tart topped with honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
