Chef Mo was great. Very friendly and personable. A good balance between cooking and conversation. The food was fantastic (surf & turf date night option). The best crab cakes I’ve ever had in my life! Extremely neat and left the kitchen cleaner than when she started. Highly recommended and will do this again!

Chef Mo was simply amazing. I gave my boyfriend the gift of a private chef event for his birthday and this did not disappoint. She’s super down to earth, and spreads her love for food and cooking straight to her guests. She explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand to anyone, no matter the knowledge of cooking. Her food was absolutely delicious, and felt great to have a few laughs while preparing a delicious meal. She comes highly recommended by both myself and my boyfriend, and this event will be remembered for years to come. Thanks for such a lovely night!

Chef Mo was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her culinary expertise with us. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. She exceeded our expectations and I would definitely take another class with her again!

Chef Monika was EXCELLENT! I booked for a private investor event and NONEof the guest were disappointed!! Our first course was pan seared scallops with a cauliflower purée and smoked hickory bacon ! The scallops tasted like they were freshly caught and the bacon had the perfect balance is crispness and juicy flavor. Our second was Sicilian Braciole served with sautéed garlic broccolini and mashed potatoes with an au jus gravy .the meat was extremely tender and the broccolini was sautéed to perfection. Our third course a deconstructed lemon meringue pie! She was very punctual, cleaned up , very well, and delivered excellent service ! I’ll be booking her for all future events

Mo is the definition of a chef she can take simple ingredients and turn it into fine dining with ease. For as long as I've known Mo (18 years), she has dedicated her life to perfecting her art, which is reflected in every bit.
