Learn kitchen basics as you handcraft four courses of classic American fare.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Mo will teach you how to prepare four elegant yet simple dishes like a professional. This class is perfect for beginners, as you’ll leave with new recipes, better knife skills and basic techniques to conquer your kitchen at home.

First, learn how to create an impressive crowd-pleaser, mini crab cakes, from scratch as well as how to craft a traditional wedge salad. Then, you'll learn the secrets to perfectly prepared steak and shrimp, and end with homemade ice cream sundaes for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Mini Crab Cakes

With breadcrumbs and Old Bay seasoning

Wedge Salad

With buttermilk, parsley, iceberg lettuce and balsamic vinegar

Surf and Turf

With ribeye steaks, jumbo shrimp, pineapple juice, ginger and chili flakes

Classic Sundaes

With pecans, chocolate chips, heavy cream and espresso

Chef Mo was amazing!! Very knowledgable, personable, great 'vibe' and personality. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC!! We had such a great time and are very excited to try applying what she showed us at home with our own cooking! Chef Mo was great. Very friendly and personable. A good balance between cooking and conversation. The food was fantastic (surf & turf date night option). The best crab cakes I’ve ever had in my life! Extremely neat and left the kitchen cleaner than when she started. Highly recommended and will do this again!

Chef Mo was simply amazing. I gave my boyfriend the gift of a private chef event for his birthday and this did not disappoint. She’s super down to earth, and spreads her love for food and cooking straight to her guests. She explained everything in a way that’s easy to understand to anyone, no matter the knowledge of cooking. Her food was absolutely delicious, and felt great to have a few laughs while preparing a delicious meal. She comes highly recommended by both myself and my boyfriend, and this event will be remembered for years to come. Thanks for such a lovely night!

Chef Mo was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her culinary expertise with us. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. She exceeded our expectations and I would definitely take another class with her again!

Chef Monika was EXCELLENT! I booked for a private investor event and NONEof the guest were disappointed!! Our first course was pan seared scallops with a cauliflower purée and smoked hickory bacon ! The scallops tasted like they were freshly caught and the bacon had the perfect balance is crispness and juicy flavor. Our second was Sicilian Braciole served with sautéed garlic broccolini and mashed potatoes with an au jus gravy .the meat was extremely tender and the broccolini was sautéed to perfection. Our third course a deconstructed lemon meringue pie! She was very punctual, cleaned up , very well, and delivered excellent service ! I’ll be booking her for all future events
