If you love Italian fare, you’ll enjoy this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mo, where you’ll learn four Italian-inspired recipes made with modern twists and smart cooking techniques.
Begin with a simple green salad featuring classic ingredients of basil and Parmesan and upgraded with strawberries and pecans, then arrange an antipasto board with nuts, meats, cheeses, olives and more. For the entrée, Chef Mo will teach you how to prepare gnocchi from scratch along with a homemade tomato sauce. And indulge in an elevated chocolate panna cotta for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Mo’s passion for food roots back to her childhood spent watching her great-grandmother cook. She began her career in the culinary industry over 10 years ago and has cooked everything from Italian cuisine and Hispanic fare to vegan food. Chef Mo has worked all over the U.S., from Miami and Missouri to Pennsylvania, cooking in fine-dining settings, high-end hotels, upscale casual restaurants and even hospitals.
