Take a trip to Mexico as you discover how to prepare authentic, flavorful recipes.

Have you ever wanted to prepare fresh ceviche at home or wondered how to make classic Mexican-style chicken? After this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mo, you'll have a wider skill set in the kitchen and the ability to create three time-honored dishes from scratch.

First, Chef Mo will show you how to use traditional ingredients such as lime, cilantro and jalapeños to liven up fish ceviche. Then, you'll prepare homemade tortillas and perfectly braise chicken for tostadas topped with avocado and cabbage, and bake tres leches cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mo was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her culinary expertise with us. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time while we learned new techniques. She exceeded our expectations and I would definitely take another class with her again!
