She has since worked in some of New York's best restaurants, which has taught her how to respect each individual ingredient. Chef Shaun creates delicious and visually stunning dishes! My favorite dish was an Apple Croissant Pudding, it was very refreshing and not too sweet. Her onion rings are amazing! She bakes them so they are healthy. I loved the decor and art in her cozy apartment!
