What You'll Do

Learn how to prepare an authentic saffron-scented Spanish seafood paella right in your own kitchen.

Prepare an authentic, one-pan seafood paella from scratch as well as a refreshing and flavor-forward Spanish salad under the guidance of Chef Daniel in this virtual cooking class. There is no need for any specialized equipment other than a flat skillet of the appropriate size. A 9-inch skillet is ideal for paella that serves two to three people, while a 12-inch skillet is good for four to six people.

“We know ingredients are hard to find these days, so I’m available to work with you on substitutions. We do not need a specialized paella pan, we can cook this dish with any medium size flat-bottomed skillet!” - Chef Daniel

He knew how to teach cooking, from technique to attitude - learned more about how to cook with my friends and family than I ever got out of a class or session before

I really enjoyed cooking with Chef Daniel - no time for chatting, straight to the point, full of tips and tricks for cooking. By the end of the class, I made a delicious Paella dish and a matching salad to go with it. Really super !
