This cooking class was an amazing experience! The instruction was very professional and clear, and we learned so many new tips and techniques. The order of preparation was perfectly planned, so everything flowed smoothly. The chef was not only highly skilled but also fun, warm, and engaging, which made the whole experience even better! We cooked steam fish and lots of other delicious food! My favorite part was chef Kenny taught us a lot tips and tricks on how to the knife better and more efficiently. He definitely improved our knife skills. It was a anniversary present and we had a great time!

Chef Kenny was fantastic. Every dish was simple yet delicious. I particularly loved the pot stickers and the dessert: coconut cream with tapioca and diced melon. I learned a ton of little cooking tips and tricks that I'll begin to incorporate into my own cooking. I never knew there were right- and left-handed knives, but now I do! He also had a great sense of humor. It was a pleasure cooking with him and I would love to work with him again.
