Chef was a no-show and ruined a birthday dinner. No communication after he accepted the booking. Sent a message with directions the day of, then called his number after an hour past the start time and got voicemail. Cozymeal main phone number went to voicemail too. Ended up having a birthday dinner at a local restaurant. Two days later still no response from chef or cozymeal other than a credit card refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

Chef Karlo was great, full of passion and pizazz. His love for Caribbean and Southern flavors was evident and how to better learn than from someone that puts heart and conviction in what he does and enjoys teaching others how to cook with heart.
