Start with savory pork and vegetable dumplings. Together prepare a filling and learn how to fold and pleat the dim sum. Then, steam them to tender perfection and pan-fry fulfilling pot stickers. To finish the class, jiaozi dumplings with a juicy chicken and vegetable filling to savor the results of your team effort.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

What an amazing class - relaxing and down to earth. The chef was friendly and the instructions were so easy to follow. Learned a lot! Class is held in a spacious area, so you won't be cramped in a stuffy room! 100% recommend signing up for this extra special experience!
