Immerse into an engaging culinary experience where you’ll raft a well-rounded Caribbean menu.
In this hands-on cooking class, get ready to explore the unique and tantalizing flavors of Caribbean cuisine. Guided by Chef Karlo, you’ll learn how to prepare a multiple-course menu filled with signature Caribbean dishes. You’ll start by making delicious appetizers called Pikliz, which consist of Haitian pickled vegetables. Next, you’ll make a classic ropa vieja mondongo made with exquisite green plantain, spiced tomato and braised beef stew. You’ll learn the process of making shredded beef brisket and onions fried called vaca frita. And finally, you’ll make delectable jerk salmon croquettes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
