Attend this in-person cooking class where you'll learn to craft sweet and savory hand pies from scratch. Guided by expert Chef Lisa, you will master the art of creating delicious fillings and a perfect pastry dough.

Begin by preparing a savory mushroom, spinach, and cheese filling, packed with rich flavors from fresh herbs, onions and garlic. Next, create a sweet blueberry compote filling, bursting with fresh blueberries, lemon juice and sugar. Then, learn to make a flaky, buttery hot water pastry dough using a blend of all-purpose and bread flour to fill to the flavors you created.

This class can accommodate gluten and dairy-free preferences, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A++++. This class was amazing!!! My daughter and I had such a good time and learned so much from Chef Lisa. Lisa did a wonderful job of breaking down a pretty complicated recipe and explaining the techniques. She also gave us a little science lesson to explain why we did things the way we did. Chef Lisa has the perfect combination of expertise, teaching ability, and patience! We loved this class and will definitely be signing up for another one with Chef Lisa!
