Chef Pam or Resident Chef

Chef Pam is passionate about sharing the culture of her native Thailand through its celebrated cuisine. After hosting luxury dinners for guests of the Thai embassy in several countries, Chef Pam founded the Raak Thai Cultural Center, where she offers cooking classes that cover the spectrum of regional Thai cuisine. She’s eager to offer an authentic taste of Thailand to home cooks in Madison, Chicago and Milwaukee.
