With Thai street food on the menu, you know this hands-on cooking class is bound to be a flavorful affair. Work with a top-tier local chef to learn methods for turning out your own versions of some special street food recipes.
Your adventure begins with beloved chicken satay and a creamy peanut dipping sauce made from scratch before heading for Pad Thai territory, with your choice of seafood, chicken or tofu, plus fried noodles and a special sweet-and-savory sauce. There's also a lesson in Thai tapioca for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
