Cooking Class - Central Thai Cuisine

The flavors of central Thailand come to life in a meal you'll love creating.

Bring dishes from the other side of the world to your home dining regimen in this Thai-based hands-on cooking class. You'll learn the distinction made by the central regions of the country in an array of flavorful recipes.

Start your session with money bag dumplings, fried and filled with ground pork and garden vegetables. Then, prepare a seafood specialty flavored with lemongrass and fiery chiles. Make a batch of pitch-perfect jasmine rice before whipping up coconut rice pancakes for an indulgent dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
