Thai street food is a culinary culture all its own, and this hands-on cooking class is a perfect way to become acquainted with its incredible flavors. Your esteemed instructor is on deck to share traditional techniques for creating your own tasty takes on regional favorites.
Your session stars with a papaya salad flavored with roasted peanuts and zesty garlic. Next, create sumptuous chicken featuring fiery chiles and fragrant basil before preparing light and fluffy jasmine rice. Finish up with a traditional coconut bread pudding-style custard for dessert.
