My grandmother taught me how to cook at a very early age and I have carried her recipes with me for most of my life. I’m originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica and had the chance to move to America when I was 16. I cook meals for large groups and it's always a good time. Food is about so many things but bringing people together to share their experiences is one of the most important. I have been cooking traditional Jamaican cuisine for over 35 years.
