His career with the best catering companies in Washington has seen him serving Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, among others. Through 10 years spent in high-end Seattle dining, Chef Alex has developed a love of teaching and sharing his unique experiences.

Communicated my feedback to cozymeal already and they were great! My boyfriend and I had a fine time but we were looking for a bit more for the price. Just a few things like general professionalism, time alone to enjoy our meal, and more hands on contributing to the meal. I’m sure they’ve taken that feedback to improve future experiences.

Alex was phenomenal and would absolutely book again!! He crafted a spectacular menu tailored to our tastes / allergies, and walked us through his entire process so we feel like we learned a lot along the way. Plating was beautiful, such a special treat. Can’t go wrong with booking Alex! Thanks for a great evening!

We had a great class! Made a nice date night. Alex taught us a lot, and it was really a treat to have such a complex, delicious meal made for us in our own kitchen! Appreciated the hands on experiences, like learning how to make spring rolls and fried tofu -- easier than expected! -- as well as lots of pro tips about ingredients, equipment, technique, and of course, cooking.
