What You’ll Do

Share your love of Italian cuisine by learning traditional techniques you can recreate at home.

This cooking class explores the culinary skills of Italy's flavor-filled landscape. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips for preparing several authentic recipes.

Start with seafood risotto with scallops, shrimp, peas, Parmesan cheese and basil. Next, serve Italian green beans with butter, breadcrumbs and even more Parmesan. Learn how to braise a pork shoulder in a hearty ragù and prepare brown butter pasta with sage. Dessert is a creamy vanilla bean panna cotta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Washington was so accommodating and helpful. I'd never rolled sushi or created a roll before and he was a great teacher. My partner was running late and he was flexible and made sure he was caught up and able to get the full experience. The sushi was great and the family atmosphere was very wholesome. Definitely an experience I'd recommend to anyone.
