We made Japanese style ramen with tempura vegetables and squid. We also got to try Lumpia (Chef Jane’s own delicious recipe). We made honeydew fruit jelly, as well as panna cota. It felt like eating luxury food at an old friends home. Chef Jane was so welcoming and kind! Thank you!

We did the Greek Cuisine from scratch class. In this class, we made homemade hummus, salmon, Greek salad and crepes. My 13 Year old granddaughter and I did the class together. Chef Jane did a wonderful job throughout the class making us feel welcomed and valued. She was encouraging and engaging. We had such a great time. We are looking forward to signing up for another class with Chef Jane.

We made vegetable tempura (onion was my favorite), pork belly, and ramen! Chef Jane has a great personality and is very welcoming and easy to get to know. My mother and I enjoyed our time and the great company. I’m excited to take the tips I learned and apply them to my kitchen at home.
