Don’t let food restrictions stop you from enjoying Italian cuisine! In this hands-on class, nutritionist Chef Carly will teach you the tricks to recreating classic Italian comfort foods without gluten, dairy, or refined sugars.
You will cook a balanced, nutritious, and delicious Italian meal using local and seasonal ingredients, sustainably-raised meat, and fresh herbs from the garden. Chef Carly will also teach you the health benefits of the foods on the menu, time-saving tips, and inspire you to eat vegetables by showing you simple ways to prepare them.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
