In this hands-on class with Chef Steve, you will learn and experience the preparation, elegance, and luxury of a robust Italian bistro menu.
You will aptly begin with traditional bruschetta topped with fresh, hand-pulled mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and artichokes. For the show-stopping main course, you will prepare a tender roasted pork chop stuffed with fontina cheese and prosciutto, and served with confit garlic mashed potatoes. Lastly, you will sear up a pan of juicy peaches bursting with flavor and serve them with sweet marscapone cream and puff pastry.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
