The world of ramen awaits you, learn more today with Chef Lan
Chef Lan has some enjoyable culinary secrets to share with you. Join her and make some succulent ramen noodles like you have never had them before!

You will look at ramen noodles in a new light as you discover the authentic techniques to make these noodles from scratch. Your divine ramen bowl will not be complete without some different toppings, which you will learn to prep and chop yourself. Chef Lan shows you some kitchen techniques required to make the perfect marinated soft boiled egg to accompany your ramen dish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
