Cooking Class - A Twist on Indian Favorites

Put a non-traditional spin on classic Indian dishes with Chef Rachel as your guide.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rachel will teach you a handful of non-traditional recipes for the classic and traditional Indian food you know and love, along with smart cooking techniques along the way.

You'll begin with khaman dhokla, a savory cake made with chickpea flour, ginger, turmeric, lemon and mustard seeds. Then, learn how to prepare and enjoy chicken with banana curry and tangy yet sweet coconut lime rice. For dessert, try your hand at making rose barfi with milk and rose syrup.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
