Gather your group and learn techniques for preparing authentic gyoza by hand.

In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Krong will travel to you and teach your crew traditional techniques for preparing delicious gyoza from scratch.

Begin by making a classic appetizer of miso soup studded with tofu for a simple starter. Then, Chef Krong will guide your team as you prepare vegetable gyoza dumplings and chicken gyoza dumplings from start to finish using time-honored techniques to create the aromatic fillings and expertly crimp the edges. Enjoy chef-prepared coconut milk rice pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were happy to learn some tips to creating authentic tasting pad thai and green curry. Each dish we made was delicious. My only disappointment was I felt this experience was very rushed and quick because Chef Krong had another booking right after ours. I sensed she was distracted because of this. There was no time to take notes because she was moving us along at a very fast pace. Parts of this experience seemed like a blur to me.

Chef Krong is absolutely awesome—she made the whole experience so fun, informative, and effortless. She came to our home, brought everything needed, and guided us through an amazing Thai vegetarian menu that was full of flavor. The food was incredible, and we learned so much without ever feeling overwhelmed. Plus, she was so sweet and patient with our dog, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!
