Book this class for your next romantic date night or assemble a few friends to explore the sumptuous flavors of Moroccan cooking wth Chef Douglas, who brings years of professional culinary experience to this gourmet cooking class.
Guests will learn how to make harissa, a spicy sauce from Morocco that has become popular around the world, to top roasted vegetables. With Chef Douglas, guests will master the tagine, a classic Moroccan dish with chicken, olives, and preserved lemons, as well as toasted couscous, served with almonds, sultanas and orange zest. For dessert, try something new: elegant, broiled blood oranges drizzled with rosewater and honey, and studded with toasted pistachios.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
