WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to make fresh mozzarella and assemble a classic Caprese salad.
This cooking class reveals the magic of turning simple ingredients into fresh mozzarella. With Chef Jesse guiding the way, you’ll transform whole milk, salt and water into mozzarella cheese right before your eyes. And yes, pulling warm mozzarella is as satisfying as it sounds.

Once your cheese is ready, you’ll build a classic Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, a drizzle of balsamic glaze and olive oil. After this class, grocery store mozzarella might start feeling a little… underwhelming! Good news: now you know how to make your own. Book your spot today!
