In this interactive class, you and your teammates will understand the fundamentals of pairing flavors in a three-course dinner. Start with a classic Caesar salad, season and braise an herbed chicken, toast up garlic scented kale and end with a decadent baked apple rose. Finish by dining with your colleagues and toasting to your creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joni’s focus is on building flavors. Mostly a self-taught cook, she is also a graduate from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, and has learned from locals in Marrakesh, several regions of Italy, and in the Bay Area. With Chef Joni, you will learn how to think like a chef and understand cooking principles. She strives to use local products, organic produce, wild-caught fish, and grass-fed and pasture-raised meats.
