If you have always wanted to learn to prepare crowd-pleasing cuisine that is suitable for both vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, then you will enjoy navigating and then indulging in a delectable seven-course menu assembled by Chef Eric. In a class environment that promotes cooperation and asking questions, he will show you how to create a variety of meals that are sure to make each occasion a memorable gourmet experience!

Begin your class by creating nutritious homemade vegetable stock and then proceed to prepare a succulent Mallorcan vegetable stew on freshly-baked French bread. Continue with savory stir-fried tofu with shiitake mushrooms, flavorful grilled vegetable ratatouille, and delightfully spicy black bean chili. Your class draws to a conclusion with enticing Peruvian chickpea cakes and heavenly lentil soup with turmeric root and cumin.

Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef Jose Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.
