See the preparation process involved in each distinct menu item up close and personal.
For your first course, indulge in a luscious albacore seaweed salad, savory maki vegetable roll, and succulent noodles with vegetables. Continue your mouthwatering journey with a classic California roll, followed by spicy tuna hand roll and full-bodied shrimp nigiri sushi. The class ends with an exclusive "Cozymeal Roll," a flavorful shrimp tempura roll topped with seared garlic salmon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I cannot explain how much I loved his class. He's such a warm human being and is so PASSIONATE about what he does that it's infectious! I was making hand rolls, and laughing because I was actually doing it! I was actually making a sushi hand roll! What a great class and a GREAT teacher.
