What You’ll Do

Unearth the secrets to perfectly golden and crispy fish and chips in this hands-on lesson.

Roll up your sleeves and learn the secrets behind truly great fish and chips in this dedicated cooking class. A seasoned chef will walk you through crafting delicate beer batter, frying your fish to crispy perfection and pairing it with golden chips and zesty coleslaw. Enjoy a refreshing Arnold Palmer as you cook, then cap things off with some summery strawberry shortcakes.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
