Start with fresh fire roasted salsa verde and cool guacamole which you'll fry fresh chips to dunk in these classic Mexican dips. Next, get a primer on taco basics before you make pressure-cooked tender pork tamales by hand. End the class by forming pate a choux for freshly fried churros rolled in cinnamon sugar.
