Create a fresh Italian seafood feast

Learn to prepare seafood inspired dishes inspired by beautiful Italian classics.

Begin with bite-sized mushrooms stuffed with sharp parmesan and aromatic truffle oil, and then learn the fundamentals of perfectly creamy risotto made with a trio of seafood and caviar. You'll also learn how to expertly sear salmon to enjoy with a simple arugula salad. Finally, prepare a classic tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
