Join Chef Francesca for a decadent four-course Italian menu focused on all things seafood.
Start off this course by making savory bite-sized mushrooms stuffed with sharp Parmesan cheese and aromatic truffle oil. Next, learn the fundamentals of creating perfectly creamy risotto made with a succulent trio of seafood and caviar. You'll also learn how to expertly sear salmon to have wonderfully crispy skin and a tender interior to enjoy with a simple, refreshing arugula salad. Finally, master the art of classic tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
