Cooking Class - Exploring Italian Flavors
Come for an experience of a lifetime, preparing truly Mediterranean recipes.
Explore the non-pasta side of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Your chef instructor will teach you how to make a simple Italian salsa verde to pair with your perfectly cooked pork loin chops. Then, you’ll learn to assemble a citrus and fennel salad topped with ricotta salata and make from scratch focaccia. For dessert, you’ll make Zabaglione — a rich custard made with egg yolks, sugar and Marsala wine — with fresh berries.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

“Baking Fun For The Whole Family” was so much fun with Chef Sofia! Good beginner hands on experience, not too advanced but just right!
