Chef Francesca did a terrific job of explaining what she was doing and why it made a difference. She was also extremely friendly, jovial, and lively. My friend and I had a great time.

This was a hands on experience, as requested, and Francesca patiently worked with us as we tried our hand at new skills. Making pasta was our favorite activity.
