Explore classic Sardinian cuisine with Chef Francesca!

Curated for seafood lovers, this three-course menu is for those who would like to take part in a unique cooking class featuring the best traditional Sardinian specialties.

You'll have the option to choose your dish for each course, starting with lemon and parsley-flavored grilled shrimp skewers or crostini topped with smoked salmon and goat cheese. For the entrée, Chef Francesca will teach you how to grill sea bass with sun-dried tomatoes, cook sea bream with lemon or prepare salmon with elegant bottarga. A traditional chocolate mousse or panna cotta are two sweet options for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Francesca was an amazing host and teacher. Very pleasant to talk to and very informative about the meal we were cooking. Welcoming and would definitely take a class from her again. On top of that the meal was delicious!! Thank you Francesca!!!
