WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to prepare your favorite Italian recipes.
Bring your culinary skills to the next level in this cooking class. Led by Chef Mo, you'll learn how to make a variety of delicious Italian recipes you can recreate at home. Start with a refreshing tomato caprese prepared with fresh mozzarella. Your main entrée is creamy lemon parmesan chicken with a side of roasted garlic potatoes. For dessert, make a butterscotch budino with salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was delicious and chef Mo was great! He was very welcoming and kind. He is very experienced and he was very good at sharing his knowledge. We walked into a dining room decorated for Valentine’s Day which was perfect because my husband and I decided to do this as our little celebration.

I booked a session for my sister as her Christmas gift. We did the Asian Cuisine Class... Very fun and unique experience! Chef Mo was so kind and offered suggestions/feedback on what you do/don't like on your food. He explains why he does certain things when cooking and offers tips! Would definitely love to do again sometime. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Mo clearly loves to cook and share his love for what he does with people... You will not regret it!
