Learn how to prepare favorite seafood recipes using top quality sustainable ingredients.
Join this seafood-focused cooking class for a fun and interactive experience. You'll learn step-by-step instructions from a gourmet chef. Start with a refreshing bluefin tuna ceviche with tamarind ponzu. Learn how to perfectly prepare Skuna Bay salmon topped with a white truffle miso glaze and onion confit. Next, learn how to steam white rice and bok choy. Dessert is a rich and decadent chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
