Learn how to make an elevated menu focused on plant-based ingredients with Chef Rachel.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Adina will guide you through preparing a three-course meal featuring hearty vegetables and vibrant herbs. From knife cuts to roasting, you will apply professional techniques to enhance your skills in the kitchen.
Begin with a French carrot salad with zesty lemon Dijon vinaigrette followed by stuffed portobello mushrooms with balsamic vinegar and crispy breadcrumbs and roasted root vegetables and artichokes with herbed vegan cheese. Create a light chocolate mousse with an unexpected ingredient for a sweet ending to this meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
