In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Rachel will guide you through preparing a three-course meal featuring hearty vegetables and vibrant herbs. From knife cuts to roasting, you will apply professional techniques to enhance your skills in the kitchen.
Begin with a French carrot salad with zesty lemon Dijon vinaigrette followed by stuffed portobello mushrooms with balsamic vinegar and crispy breadcrumbs and roasted root vegetables and artichokes with herbed vegan cheese. Create a light chocolate mousse with an unexpected ingredient for a sweet ending to this meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Rachel! She was prompt, personable, and allowed us to be as hands on as we wanted. We learned some fun new recipes and cooking techniques, and all of the food was delicious. I appreciated all of the guidance from Chef Rachel throughout the experience, and how organized the whole process was. I would definitely book again and highly recommend her to others!
