From warm and savory to sweet and spicy, the recipes in this in-person cooking class showcase the best of Indian cuisine. Discover trade secrets for upgrading takeout favorites for an authentically delicious meal. You'll create your own homemade naan, master the tikka masala and make fluffy rice.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Thought it would be more hands on. Most items were pre cut and peeled, mostly we just added the items and mixed them. Class only lasted about 1 hr. 45 min.

Chef Gus launched his culinary journey in the Bay Area, with roots in Chicago and Los Angeles, where he mastered Latin cuisine. Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
