WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft a three-course menu of culinary classics from Italy in this cooking lesson.
In this interactive cooking class, you'll discover how to make a handful of stunning Italian recipes from scratch. Some of the techniques you'll learn from Chef Franco include building a bruschetta, mixing and cutting pasta dough, and baking a decadent dessert.
Start by creating a bruschetta with roasted peppers, pesto, and cream cheese canapés. Then, make handmade pasta dough, which you'll shape into spaghetti noodles, and add fresh salmon with a creamy tomato sauce. For dessert, bake an indulgent chocolate cake with a melted chocolate center and top it with ice cream.
