Cooking Class - Plant-Based Italian Favorites
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Will will teach you hands-on techniques to transform fresh ingredients into delightful Italian specialties, including handcrafting homemade pasta.
Roast vegetables for a nutrition-dense salad tossed in creamy green goddess dressing. Then, learn how to make butternut squash gnocchi from scratch, which you’ll top with a decadent brown butter sage sauce, bright peas and earthy mushrooms, and roast Brussels sprouts to perfection with garlic and shiitake mushrooms. For dessert, hand-layer tiramisu with the distinct flavors of espresso and cocoa.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
