Make a savory spread of vegetarian dishes bursting with taste and texture.

In this vegetarian-friendly cooking class, you’ll make a menu of satisfying dishes with fresh flavors. Working with an expert chef, you’ll boost your kitchen skills and learn to use ingredients in new ways.

Begin by perfectly grilling romaine topped with pine nuts and focaccia croutons for an impressive salad. You’ll also handcraft ravioli and fill it with seasonal vegetables and cheese. Then, stuff meaty portobello mushrooms with fluffy quinoa for a savory and satisfying dish. For dessert, learn to layer tiramisu with silky mascarpone and the richness of coffee and Kahlua.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our class with Chef Roddy! He was so welcoming and the space was perfect. We had so much fun learning new techniques and he kept us engaged the entire time. I highly recommend this class to anyone that wants to develop their culinary skills and enjoy a night out!

Experience was great. The resident/Chef Roddy were able to accommodate late adds to our party and were very hospitable. Restaurant was a little warm inside when we arrived but AC was turned up and the fan was out on. Overall great Mother’s Day experience.
