Discover the world of healthy and simple Ayurvedic cuisine with the help of Chef Parsati.

Ayurvedic cuisine is an ancient style of cooking that perfectly balances proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables and spices. In this cooking class with Chef Parsati, you will learn how to make five healthy Ayurvedic dishes completely from scratch.

Begin with a refreshing cucumber and kefir cooler, full of probiotics. Then, learn how to make khichdi, a popular Ayurvedic lentil and rice stew. You will enjoy it with eggplant salsa and tofu sizzlers topped with mint yogurt. Finally, prepare a dessert made from millet, milk, spices and dried fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parsati was so knowledgeable about food in general and was able to teach me a lot about cooking. Not just the recipes themselves, but about how I can use different techniques to make each dish my own. Great experience with yummy good and amazing company!

I did the Ayurveda course from Chef Parsati as a Christmas gift for my mom and she loved it!!! The experience was amazing, all the meals we cooked were so delicious, and we learned so much about the ayurveda cooking from Chef Parsati. I am a full on beginner but I felt comfortable in Chef Parsati's kitchen. The vibes were great and the food. 10/10 experience!

This class was amazing and the food we made was delicious! The class was in a beautiful kitchen, and Chef Parsati was very careful about cleanliness and safety. We used organic whole fresh ingredients and Chef Parsati explained each step and ingredient to make sure we were learning as we went. She even offered tips about adapting these recipes for different kitchens and using them for meal prepping. She provided us the recipes after, and I’m excited to try these out again at home. Overall a wonderful experience!
