Create a selection of the most beloved dishes from the original home of gourmet cooking.
Let Chef Sharia show you how to assemble your own fine French menu in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn time-honored techniques for preparing a savory spread featuring some of this culinary culture's finest recipes.
This lesson includes instructions for a French onion soup appetizer and tender strip steak robed in a silky peppercorn cream sauce for your main course. Create a refreshing arugula salad topped with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Then, for a classic French dessert, whip up crêpes topped with berries, chocolate hazelnut spread and fresh whipped cream.
