In this hands-on dough-focused cooking class, Chef Mert teaches you everything you need to know about making a great dough. Whether you're a focaccia fan, a pizza pro or pie lover, this experience will give you the skills to take your next batch of homemade dough to the next level.

Begin with the preparation of different doughs, then gather and prepare other ingredients to bake perfectly crispy roasted tomato and rosemary focaccia bread, three different varieties of pizza, and a perfectly sweet crumbled apple pie.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Mert celebrating my boyfriends birthday. We did the private pizza cooking class and it was so fun. We learned so much and got to eat delicious food. He was so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
